SIERRA // VIDEO OS // UNLEASHED COMMAND
VIDEO COMMAND CENTER taste: loading…

You do as little as possible. You drop a memo or a clip, set your taste once, and approve the masterpiece at the end. Sierra does the bit in between — picking the right engine, cutting, captioning, rendering — in your style.

The pile in the vault stops being a guilt-trip and becomes a one-tap queue.

What do you want to make?

Pick a flow. Sierra auto-routes to the right engine and shows the cost before you commit. One input → a large output.

How the engine gets picked: every flow runs through The Router — it weighs your footage, captions, whether it's data-driven, whether there's a song, and the token cost, then chooses Hyperframes (HTML→MP4, cheap & deterministic), video-editing-skill (real footage, FFmpeg+Whisper), or the Suno→animator chain. Open the Router tab to see it think.

The Vault — your backlog, rescued

This is the pile that overwhelmed you. We don't batch it. Sierra pre-rates each one, you tap “Auto-edit”, and it moves to the Pipeline. You approve, you don't grind.

v1 note: these are demo clips. Wire this to your real R2 / Supabase recordings bucket and the unedited-video vault in unleashed-memory, and the same one-tap flow rescues your actual backlog.

The Router — watch the AI choose

Flip the signals of an incoming job. The router picks the engine + shows why and what it costs. This is the “AI picks Hyperframes vs the editing skill” brain, made visible.

Taste Engine — set it once, it rides every edit

This is the “behind the scenes” brain: your style, your do's and don'ts, trend appetite. Sierra applies it to every job so you don't re-explain yourself. Saved to this browser.

Pipeline — from memo to masterpiece

Every job flows left → right. The one column you actually live in is Review — the masterpiece landing, where you tap Approve. Click a job to nudge it forward (demo).

Review is the bit you love — the pile did the work; you just bless it.
